Water Works Car Wash of Jeffersontown

Aslan Mamayev a month ago

I used to always go to this car wash and everything was fine and great. The foam Kan worked recently I went and neither of the two bases that I used the foam cans don’t work. I’m gonna give it a one star this time. Hopefully they can get it fixed so I don’t wanna waste my money just for water.

management does nothing about beggars. Not worth having to deal with them while trying to wash your car

Good car wash but several homeless people will come up begging for money while you are at the vacuum or the self service area. Happened today. Two men and a woman surrounded a customer as he was vacuuming.

The touch less car wash malfunctioned, scratching my car on both sides and the drivers side mirror mount. I called the car wash phone number to complain, and no one answered, even after many minutes. Also, there seems to be no voice mail. The sad part is that my dash cam did not record this incident, so I have no proof. Bad experience, driver beware.

Nice decent car wash. We had quarters, but the machine looks like it takes card and $1/$5 bills. The area was clean and the equipment worked fine at the stall we were at. There was no "bug spray" but everything else was available that we tried. Only downside is the timing feels a little stingy. Only 20 seconds per quarter after initial $3, which left us running a lot to add more quarters. If you're looking to wash with quarters, bring plenty. Other than that a good wash. Will likely come back again.
